Our experience
We are leading Hammersmith & Fulham’s SmartWorking programme which has already delivered accommodation savings in excess of £1.3m per annum with the disposal of one large office block, and will release another major building later this year. We are working with departments to realise cashable benefits from productivity increases related to flexible working which have been enabled by improved technology and processes as a result of this project.
