An evening masterclass with Peter Cooper

10 October 2013

4 - 7pm

British Interplanetary Society, SW8 1SZ

As part of his whirlwind speaking tour of the UK, RedQuadrant are hosting Peter Cooper for an exciting evening masterclass. This knowledge-sharing event will take a tour through Peter's history, drawing on his experience of enabling leaders from around the world through change. Having helped executive leaders with issues from safety-critical mining processes in Australia to public services in the Antarctic, Peter will share the lessons learnt and challenges faced during these projects. It will be interesting to see how the topics discussed can be applied to the UK public sector.

A quick bio - Peter's background of twenty years in mining and smelting gave him diverse business expertise and an interest in leadership and the organisational arrangements required for sustainable performance. He founded Advanced Dynamics twenty years ago to apply a systemic approach to building the capability of organisations to achieve their long-term goals, and has been working with the public, private, and voluntary sectors in Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica, and around the world since. He has coached and supported chief executives to tackle the challenge of improving whole organisation performance, which has led to a deep interest in the ways that the public sector is seeking to reform itself to be able to respond to increasingly complex global challenges. Having worked across housing, conservation, economic development, social services, labour relations, foreign affairs, child protection and agriculture, Peter has a wealth of experience to share!
