RedQuadrant's five worlds model, and associated whole systems thinking, has been used to successfully see through the rethinking of all kinds of organisations, large and small - up to a full district council - over the last five years.

In recent months, the need for place-based working in terms of engagement, service delivery, and community context has come even more to the fore.

Join us to hear the practical design principles and steps that allow organisations to think not only about how to structure themselves coherently to meet demand, but also to begin to locate the nexus of power away from their own hierarchy, and into places and communities.

Alan Burns, RedQuadrant's future operating aproaches lead, has over 35 years' experience in public service design and delivery, and will lead this session, alongside Joanne Peters, our hugely expert and experienced finance lead. Benjamin Taylor, RedQuadrant managing partner, will facilitate.
