Customer-led service design: a master class for council staff in Melbourne, Australia

21 April 2015

The RedQuadrant Academy is bringing world-class transformation to Victoria, Australia this April.

We're excited to be heading to Melbourne at the invitation of Boroondara Council, who will be hosting a master class for council staff to build their capability for ongoing change. These two day classes - available to book now - are at the heart of our service transformation academy, and are based on our experience of designing and delivering one of the UK's most popular local government training courses.

The master class is based on the most effective service transformation programme in UK local government, which has faced unprecedented financial and demand pressures. It builds on current techniques with:

  • Deeper analysis of service demands and their causes to find new ways to connect with the community
  • ‘Agile’ techniques: moving beyond service reviews
  • Helping councils achieve transformational change

You can still join this two day sustainability and efficiency masterclass: Tuesday 21 and Wednesday 22 April, in Camberwell, Melbourne, Victoria.

Spaces are strictly limited, so don't hesitate - reserve your place now!

We are offering places for these two day courses at $1,000 plus GST, per person.

Group discounts are available - please call to discuss!
