RedQuadrant announced as part of Phase 3 Apprenticeship trailblazer for Management Consulting

27 October 2014

RedQuadrant is proud to be part of the PwC management consutlancy trailblazer group, which has been approved by the government for the development of an Apprenticeship standard for management consulting.

We will define the standards that support more young people coming into the profession through the apprenticeships route. Though a relatively small firm, RedQuadrant has always supported the career development of young people, from our graduate recruitment scheme and work experience internships to work provision for undergraduate students on their year in industry.

Benjamin Taylor, RedQuadrant Managing Partner, said:

"We've always been proud of our 'campaign against consultancy', knowing that it's the job of consultants to do themselves out of a job. At the same time, helping organisations and people to grow and thrive is a wonderful job and we want to ensure access to this profession to young people with the widest range of skills and backgrounds."

Sara Caplan, PwC education partner, said:

“We are proud to lead a team of employers, in a new Government trailblazer, to develop a Management Consultancy Apprenticeship Standard in England. The standard will help all management consulting employers measure the success of their apprenticeship programmes and the performance of their apprentices.

“Collaborating with employers from across the sector, we will drive the development of a new Apprenticeship standard to meet the needs of employers and allow the sector to develop and retain the talent needed for business growth."
