This report, produced by RedQuadrant for the Local Government Association, shows local government’s proud track record of innovation and effective use of technology, as well as some of the opportunities and issues for the future. Full coverage on the LGA website here.

This significant research project covers the history, the best of, and some hints to the future of technological and digital innovation in local government in the UK. The report references 50 examples, 13 full case studies evidencing concrete savings and nine ‘vox pops’ videos.
