Breaking the shell
Integrated into many of our projects is a unique exercise called ‘Breaking the Shell’ to identify and plan to work around barriers while changing mindsets. We will enable you to deliver this approach beyond our engagement. This exercise has proved highly effective and begins by allowing participants to ‘vent’ by identifying all the barriers and reasons why a particular project or activity will not work. By organising and categorising these barriers and identifying and planning ways to overcome them, all the negatives are clearly identified and the thinking about them changes. They also inform the programme risk log and feed directly into actions and communications plans.
We offer ‘Breaking the Shell’ under the terms of a Creative Commons licence for free use, and only ask that we are linked as the originators – and that you feed back to us on your results!
