Customer-led transformation
Start with the people using services.
Follow what people are trying to do
A resident chasing a repair, a family seeking support, or a person arranging care experiences a whole situation. The organisation often sees separate contacts, transactions, and teams. We examine the gap between those views, including the effort people and staff spend joining services back together.
A practical first piece of work
Choose one service pathway or recurring source of demand. We review available evidence, listen to people and frontline staff, and follow a small sample of real cases through the service. Together we distinguish necessary work, avoidable demand, delays, and decisions that create further work.
What you get
A clear account of the service from the user’s perspective; a map of demand and the work it generates; a small set of changes with named owners; and an agreed way to test whether experience, outcomes, and workload improve. The initial work can lead into redesign, implementation, or supported learning for your own team.
Scope and fees
A focused diagnostic starts at £4,500 excluding VAT: one defined pathway, a review of existing material, up to four interviews, a facilitated working session, and a concise action report. Additional fieldwork, wider engagement, travel, and implementation are scoped and priced separately. We agree a fixed fee and access to evidence before work starts.
