Board or partnership working session
From £3,500 excluding VAT
One consequential decision: a scoping call, up to four preparatory interviews, a half-day facilitated session, and a written decision and action record. Sustained governance review, individual coaching, and additional sessions are scoped separately.
Guide fees assume remote preparation and one UK working session. Travel and venue costs are agreed separately. We confirm the total price and deliverables before you commission work.
