Start with a decision that matters
A partnership can share an ambition while its members answer to different budgets, boards, professions, and communities. We work with the actual decision: what needs to change, who can influence it, who is affected, and which constraints each organisation brings.
How we work
We combine focused conversations, inquiry into the wider situation, and facilitated work with the people who hold different parts of the problem. Disagreement becomes useful evidence. We help participants distinguish what they can decide together, what needs a different authority, and what they can test without waiting for complete agreement.
What you get
An account of the situation which preserves different perspectives; clearer decision and escalation arrangements; a small portfolio of practical actions; and a way to review what those actions change. Support can continue through live decisions, partnership development, coaching, or an applied learning cohort.
Scope and fees
A partnership working session starts at £3,500 excluding VAT, including a scoping conversation, up to four short preparatory interviews, a half-day facilitated session, and a written decision and action record. Sustained inquiry and delivery support receive a separate scoped proposal. Venue, travel, and specialist research are agreed separately.
