Work undertaken
The Local Digital project record identifies RedQuadrant coaching alongside the council-led programme and describes a playbook, standards, and case work.
What is reported
During the period covered by the independent evaluation, SAVVI was still being developed and tested. The report did not classify it among projects that had achieved cross-sector adoption at scale.
Evidence and limits
The finding applies to the evaluation period and the programme as a whole. It does not assess an individual coach or establish the extent of later use.
