Public service change

AI-enabled service change

Decide what the technology should do, and how the service remains accountable.

Who it is for

For public-service teams considering AI, automation, or shared data where the service problem, human role, or conditions for safe use are not yet clear.

First step

A two-to-three-week readiness and service-design sprint around one use case. The outcome is a reasoned proceed, revise, or stop decision, not an obligation to buy a tool.

How we work

We examine the work, the people affected, the data needed, and the consequences of error. We define human judgement, escalation, accessibility, workforce change, and a practical test of benefit. Technical, information-governance, and specialist assurance roles are agreed explicitly.

What you get

A service and data-readiness account; an options comparison including non-AI alternatives; responsibilities and controls; a bounded pilot plan; and measures covering whole cost, service outcomes, error, and exclusion.

Working together

You bring the service owner, relevant data and technology leads, and the people who will use or be affected by the change. We assemble the service-change team and agreed technical partners. The fee excludes software, licences, and any separately commissioned implementation.

Limits

RedQuadrant does not claim to supply a proprietary AI platform or all technical capabilities in-house. No live personal data are placed in an unapproved tool. A pilot proceeds only after your authorised security, data, and service decisions.

Relevant experience

Our SAVVI work includes coaching, implementation support, and learning around cross-agency data use. We apply that practical discipline where relevant, without prescribing a product.
