Our services

Public service change that works in practice

You have a service under pressure, a funded programme, or a change that needs several organisations to act together. You need to know what will make a difference, who can change it, and how to keep the work moving.

RedQuadrant brings experienced practitioners, analysts, and change specialists alongside your team. We work on demand, decisions, information, commissioning, money, and relationships, and help you build the capability to continue.

Service pressure diagnostic

Find what is driving cost and poor outcomes, and decide what to change.

A focused two-to-three-week inquiry into one service pressure or pathway. We agree a practical boundary with the sponsor rather than begin with a whole-council review.

Joined-up service redesign

Make one pathway work across the boundaries that currently defeat it.

An eight-to-twelve-week design-and-test phase focused on one pathway, with a clear decision about adoption at the end. Existing evidence can be used; a separate diagnostic is not compulsory.

AI-enabled service change

Decide what the technology should do, and how the service remains accountable.

A two-to-three-week readiness and service-design sprint around one use case. The outcome is a reasoned proceed, revise, or stop decision, not an obligation to buy a tool.

Learning and capability partner

Help a sponsored team change its work, and show what happened.

A twelve-week commissioned programme around one real change, normally for a team of eight to twelve. The design is agreed with the sponsor and can complement an existing Academy or delivery programme.

Start where you are

These are ways into the work, not four compulsory stages. You may need an inquiry, practical delivery, a team programme, or a different mix. Existing work and evidence should be used, not repeated.

We agree scope, responsibilities, access, timing, and a fixed fee before starting. Buying routes depend on your organisation and the work: we will help check an appropriate route rather than assume a funding announcement is an open procurement.
