Joined-up service redesign
Make one pathway work across the boundaries that currently defeat it.
Who it is for
For sponsors joining services, organisations, or teams where a new structure alone will not change the experience of residents or staff.
First step
An eight-to-twelve-week design-and-test phase focused on one pathway, with a clear decision about adoption at the end. Existing evidence can be used; a separate diagnostic is not compulsory.
How we work
We work with the people delivering and using the service. We clarify outcomes, decision rights, professional judgement, information, resources, and commissioning arrangements. We test a revised way of working in a bounded setting and examine what it changes elsewhere.
What you get
A tested pathway; clear responsibilities and escalation; practical changes to workflows, information, and commissioning; an adoption plan; and evidence of benefits, costs, risks, and unresolved questions.
Working together
You provide an accountable sponsor, participating partners, and permission to change the work. We provide an agreed mix of service, commissioning, organisational design, and implementation expertise. Scope and fixed fee are agreed before mobilisation.
Limits
We do not promise a universal operating model or replace clinical, safeguarding, legal, or statutory responsibilities. Wider technology replacement and procurement are separately scoped.
What follows
Your team leaves with operating routines and the capability to adapt the design. Further implementation support is optional and explicitly contracted.
