Start with the recurring difficulty
Repeated escalation, failed hand-offs, competing targets, or promising pilots that cannot survive: these are practical starting points for systems work. We work with the people experiencing and shaping the situation to understand the conditions that keep it in place.
A bounded first inquiry
Our systems change diagnostic starts at £9,000 excluding VAT for up to six consultant days over four weeks. It covers one named challenge, review of up to eight supplied documents, up to eight interviews, a one-day working session for up to 16 people, and two short learning reviews. Travel and venue costs are agreed separately.
What you take away
A map of perspectives and constraints; an account of the recurring patterns and their supporting evidence; a small set of feasible experiments with owners and measures; and a decision about what to stop, change, or investigate next. We distinguish decisions within your authority from those requiring a wider sponsor.
Keep learning in the work
A named sponsor brings the decision and access to participants. We help the group test changes in its normal work and review consequences, including effects beyond the intended beneficiaries. Longer delivery support receives a separate scoped proposal.
