Commissioning starting-point review
From £4,500 excluding VAT
One live commissioning challenge: a scoping call, review of up to five supplied documents, up to four interviews, a half-day working session, and a concise decision note. Delivered over two to three weeks. This first step establishes what to investigate and change; a wider market review or service redesign is scoped separately.
Guide fees assume remote preparation and one UK working session. Travel and venue costs are agreed separately. We confirm the total price and deliverables before you commission work.
